The Task<\/h3>\n

A Danish company in the veterinary sector specializes in diagnostics and supplies advanced test equipment and analysis systems to veterinary clinics and laboratories across the Nordic region. To collect data directly from diagnostic devices at local clinics and ensure fast, stable, and secure transmission to centralized analysis systems, the company partnered with Nord Technology to develop a complete IoT-based solution. <\/p>\n

The challenge was to ensure reliable data transmission in clinical environments while enabling remote monitoring and remote support of the diagnostic equipment. The customer needed a solution that could securely transfer data from the clinics, reduce the need for on-site support, and ensure that test results were stored through daily automated cloud backups. <\/p>\n

The solution<\/h3>\n

Nord Technology delivered a tailored solution combining robust hardware with our own IoTDesk platform. The solution is designed for stable operation and long service life in demanding clinical and laboratory environments, while the Ubuntu-based Linux software provides a secure and flexible foundation for integration with the customer\u2019s analytical devices and systems. <\/p>\n

IoTDesk enables centralized monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting of devices without the need for physical access. This ensures high uptime, faster support response times, and significantly improved data security\u2014key factors in the operation of veterinary diagnostic and testing systems. <\/p>\n
