In the past year, we have prepared for the merger of Open Company and CompuLab Nordic. We are now so far in uniting our workflows, communication and systems that we can officially announce that we are completing the merger per 1 January 2023. CompuLab Nordic will be the continuing company and will change its name to Nord Technology after the merger.<\/p>\n
For more than 20 years, Open Company has provided customized solutions, primarily based on Linux and Open Source software, as well as consulting within IT and data security. CompuLab Nordic sells hardware for robust environments and specialized purposes to primarily Northern European companies. What both companies have in common has been a constant focus on being up-to-date on new technological opportunities, technological and safety challenges, as well as on always providing reliable and honest customer service and advice.<\/p>\n
In the combined Nord Technology, we combine our know-how and experience and get the opportunity to focus even more sharply on delivering customized solutions within industrial hardware, display solutions and IT security.<\/p>\n
CompuLab Nordic remains a registered alias that we will use in our marketing.<\/p>\n
We are looking forward to continuing this journey and to continued our good cooperation with many customers and business partners.<\/p>\n
