The overall purpose of the processing is to be able to enter into agreements with and deliver services and products to you. In addition, the purpose is to comply with a number of legal obligations arising from the Money Laundering and Bookkeeping Act and to comply with warranty and delivery obligations.

The processing of your personal data is necessary to enter into a contract between you and Nord Technology A/S.
After the service or product has been delivered, the processing is generally necessary for Nord Technology A/S to pursue a legitimate interest, including the establishment, exercise or defense of any legal claim.

4. Time period for storage
Your personal data is generally stored for fifteen years from the end of the transaction. The retention period is based on the sale of products with a 10-15 year product and delivery guarantee, as well as the sale of equipment that is expected to be operational within this time period. This is in order to be able to give notice of security updates, outgoing products and the like.
