UCM-iMX95 from CompuLab is an ultra-compact and high-performance System-on-Module (SoM), designed for the next generation of industrial, medical, and embedded solutions. The module is built on the NXP i.MX95 processor and combines 6× Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU cores with a powerful ARM Mali GPU, AI/ML NPU, and a real-time Cortex-M7 MCU – all packed into a footprint of just 28 × 40 mm and 10 grams.

With up to 16 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB eMMC storage, the UCM-iMX95 delivers a unique combination of performance, energy efficiency, and flexibility. The module is optimized for graphics, image processing, and edge-AI applications, and its wide range of interfaces makes integration straightforward in both advanced industrial systems and space-constrained designs.
