MCM-iMX93 from CompuLab is an ultra-compact, solderable System-on-Module (SoM), designed for industrial and portable devices where space, cost, and ruggedness are critical. Built on the NXP i.MX93 processor with a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU up to 1.7 GHz, it comes in a QFN package measuring just 30 × 30 × 3 mm and weighing only 5 grams – optimized for SMT assembly and reflow soldering.

With up to 2 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64 GB eMMC, the MCM-iMX93 combines energy-efficient performance with a compact form factor. The module is particularly well-suited for space-constrained designs, portable systems, and industrial solutions requiring shock and vibration resistance. Availability is guaranteed until 2038, making it an excellent choice for long-term projects.

Software and Development Support
